Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse loacted a bit outside of Copenhagen, Denmark.
How fast is shipping?
Depends on where you are located, here is our usual shipping times:
Denmark: 2–4 business days
Europe: 4–8 business days
Rest of world: 7–14 business days
How do they fit?
Fit is relaxed, especially in the forefoot.
Choose your normal EU size.
Size down only if you are between sizes and have a narrow foot.
All shoes are handcrafted; therefore, the sizes can vary slightly!
There is also a size chart under each product with CM measurements.
What if the shoe doesn't fit?
We know this is often a struggle with buying shoes online, which is why we have made a Hassle-Free Exchange system.
Simply send your product back using the enclosed Return Label. You will get a refund within 3-5 days after arrival.
