We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will refund your money using the same payment method originally used. We will do this within 5 days of receiving the returned items.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at hello@wollow-official.com.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery by starting a request through your account at https://shopify.com/64158040305/account. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your return notification, provided we have received the items back or proof that you have sent them. We will refund the full price of the item plus the standard delivery cost of your original order. We do not refund premium or express delivery upgrades. Refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used.
Return shipping is free — use the enclosed return label.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been personalised or made to order.
